Situated on approximately 230 acres of gentle rolling hills and forests just west of Princeton, New Jersey. The estate today serves as a private golf club housing a Gary Player-designed championship course. The par-72, 7,098 yard course is considered to be one of the top golf courses in New Jersey and is part of the PGA TOUR’s TPC Network.

The mansion cost $30 million to build and was designed by world-renowned architect Wallace Harrison. Numerous 18th and 19th century paintings along with original furnishings from the George II era add to the historic and stately facility.
