The Hendrick Automotive Group today closed on the acquisition of Sandy Springs Toyota Scion in Atlanta, GA. Barry, Mike and Brad Jackson ran the 35 year old dealership for the family.

It’s Hendrick’s 94th dealership — the group just closed two weeks ago on Ted Linhart’s Dominion Chevrolet Buick GMC in Short Pump,, VA.

So far this year, there have been more than 230 dealership buy-sells in the U.S. already 50 more than all of 2013 (these numbers do not include the 78-store Van Tuyl Group that Warren Buffett will acquire in the first quarter of 2015).

Alan Haig and his firm, Haig Partners, represented the sellers in the deal.
