As Partner of ELEAD1ONE, Mark Queen travels weekly to dealer groups to identify industry shifts and turn them into enhancements to CRM-related processes and technology. Mark now runs the ELEAD1ONE Service CRM fixed operations division.
The road to reenergizing fixed operations for Mark began 23 years ago. Mark accepted a position installing automotive fixed operations DMS systems. He left the space to help establish IDS as the leading market share DMS for Marine and RV dealers.
Following the sale of IDS, Mark met and joined ELEAD1ONE founders Judith and Hugh Hathcock. Their shared vision to extend the company’s footprint in the automotive space beyond cookies and their growing Call Center operation led them to create ELEAD1ONE CRM, one of the first customer relationship management systems in the automotive retail industry.
Almost 20 years later, Mark and ELEAD1ONE are now revolutionizing the Fixed Operations side of the business, helping dealerships establish proven profit-generating solutions nationwide.
