Joe began his career on the Ford assembly line at age 20, reading his college textbooks seconds at a time in between building cars. Over the next decade Joe gained experience at many different levels in the automotive industry, including marketing and sales for Ford OEM, general managing a local Ford dealership, and running a group BDC to increase leads by 300% year-over-year. Combining his automotive experience with his passion for computer programming and innovation, Joe then co-founded Launch Digital Marketing (LDM) and Dealer Inspire (DI) to bring new technology and better online experiences to both car dealers and shoppers. The companies have since merged under Dealer Inspire, which has become a certified advertising and technology provider for 17 OEM brands, expanded to 500 employees serving over 2,500 clients, and been acquired by Cars.com to advance automotive retail on a national level.
