Curtis Nixon is a third generation Collision Repair Center Owner and Co-Founder of Flash of Genius Inc., the parent company of UpdatePromise. He began his career as an automotive professional when he was just 14 years old, sweeping the floors and washing cars in his parent’s body shop in South El Monte, California. In 2009, Curtis embarked on a journey into the technology side of the industry. His goal was to deliver a new solution to the Collision Repair and Auto Insurance industries. This solution, at the time a simple Automated Texting platform, would improve the overall customer experience for consumers with the unfortunate experience of a car accident and the need for vehicle repair. In 2011, Curtis was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of Flash of Genius, Inc.
